REFUND POLICY
1. VISITING CHARGES
Visiting and inspection charges are non-refundable once the technician has reached the site and diagnosed the appliance.
2. SPARE PARTS
Spare parts installed and paid for are non-refundable. We provide a 3-6 month written warranty on all replaced parts. Refunds for parts are only applicable if the part is found to be defective upon installation and cannot be replaced.
3. LABOR REFUNDS
If the same problem recurs within our specified warranty period, we will provide a free follow-up visit. Cash refunds for labor are generally not provided but may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unresolved issues.
